Alberto Frias

The Story

I met Albert when he and his wife Liz lived next door to me in Marina del Rey. He had recently gotten his Master’s of Architecture from the University of New Mexico and had created the Transport Perceptual Pod as his master’s thesis project.

Albert had designed brochures himself but needed to get them into print form. I helped him produce business cards and a small digital run of the square tri-fold brochures shown here. The pods have gotten great media attention and recently, twelve 3sum pods were featured in the movie, Men in Black III.
